At the Rwanda Bankers' Association, we recognize that the future of banking is inseparable from responsible and sustainable practices. As Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations assume a greater role in financial decision-making, banking professionals must possess the knowledge and skills required to embed these principles into their work. Our institutions must remain proactive in addressing climate risks, advancing social responsibility, and maintaining strong governance standards.
